·      Diploma / Degree in related field.

·      Minimum qualification – Diploma with 6 years experience / Degree with 3 years experience.

·      Experience in managing  system in multiple Operating invironment such as Microsoft OS or Linux base and multiple databases such as Oracle, MS SQL and etc.

·      Expose to 'end-to-end' solution related to data and voice transfer.

·      Experience in project planning and managing project implementation.

·      Experience in user support environment.

·      Able to work independently, analytical with good interpersonal and problem solving skills.

·      Familiar in preparing paper work for project proposal or project report.

·      Good communication skills both in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

·      A team player and able to execute any task within a very short notice.

·      Working experience in supporting bus related system would be an advantage.

·         Minimum qualification - Diploma with 3 years related experience or Degree with 1 year experience.

·         Professional qualification in Training & Development would be an advantage.

·         To assist Training Manager in day-to-day training activity.

·         Able to design, develop, conduct & implement training programme.

·         Good coordination and presentation skills with knowledge of curriculum design and adult learning.

·         Learning needs analysis, evaluation and reports.

·         Strong leadership quality.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·         Coaching and counselling skills .

·         Fluent in Malay and English language.

·         Knowledge in transportation industry would be added advantage.
