Rapid Penang Merdeka Celebration Photography Contest Rules & Regulations
1.The contest is open to all Malaysian residents. 2.Contestants must be a Friend and/or Fan of Rapid Penang on Facebook / Twitter. 3.All entries must be original work and must not infringe any intellectual property rights of any other parties. 4.The entries should not contain any pornographic, violent, objectionable or commercial promotional elements. 5.Judging of entries will be conducted by Rapid Penang Management. 6.Evaluation criteria include creativity, style, theme rendition, composition and aesthetic appeal of the photo. 7.The Organizer reserves the right to interpret and amend the rules of the competition. 8.Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and the organizer reserves the right to exchange the prize with thatof a similar value without prior notice. 9.Contest result is final and no correspondence thereafter will be entertained. 10.The winners' list will be published on Facebook latest by 13th September 2010 and winners will be notified by email or phone.
